Dark Skies Package

With a hugely experienced and qualified local guide leading the way, venture out into the South Downs National Park and enjoy the vast open skies from viewpoints at some stunning locations. Along the trail, your guide will pause to enlighten you on the fascinating natural history and geology of the area – there will also be the opportunity to learn some night navigation skills and techniques. While you walk, make the most of the peace and stillness; listen for nocturnal wildlife, soak up the 360 degree panoramas, spot Sussex villages, local landmarks and this dramatic coastline.  If weather permits, take the time to wonder at the stars and planets as they appear.

Then you can head back to Port for a cosy stay in one of our boutique rooms and a fantastic breakfast the following morning.
