With views of Eastbourne and the South Downs (on the upper floors), our Town rooms are fitted with king-sized beds and luxurious Hypnos mattresses. Quality linens and thoughtful touches make these boutique rooms comfortable, cosy and functional.

The contemporary en-suite bathroom has a powerful walk-in shower and excellent bathroom amenities.  All rooms have large TV’s (c.40 inches), bar fridges, Nespresso coffee machines, kettles, safes, USB charging ports and other conveniences.  Our Town Rooms make for the perfect launch pad to explore Eastbourne and all the stunning scenic spots on our doorstep.

BOOKING TIP: Please specify in the booking notes if you have a room preference. Our rooms on the upper floors have far reaching views. However, we don’t have a lift, so you might prefer a lower floor.
