Looking for a dog-friendly holiday? Eastbourne beach is a stone’s throw from our doorstep making it ideal for dog-friendly beach stays. At Port, we welcome pooches and have sizeable rooms below deck, on the lower-ground floor, suited to guests travelling with dogs. Please note that the dogs we allow have to be under 15 kgs / 33 lbs. We also prefer dogs that don’t shed as we’re trying to look after Port for the comfort of all guests. Two of the three rooms feature a small outside space, perfect for pooches. These rooms are only a flight of stairs from the big public room on the ground floor, so are easier to access.

The rooms are fitted with super-king sized beds and luxurious Hypnos mattresses, with a dog bed for your travelling companion. Quality linens and thoughtful touches make these rooms comfortable and inviting. The modern en-suite bathrooms have powerful walk-in showers, with one of these rooms boasting an indulgent freestanding bath.  All rooms have large TV’s (c.40 inches), bar fridges, Nespresso coffee machines, kettles, safes, USB charging ports and other conveniences. 

Booking Tip: These rooms are great value for money but don’t have sea views due to their lower-ground floor location. For a Sea View room with a dog please contact the Port team regarding availability.
